CVE-2021-37137 6 Debian, Netapp, Netty and 3 more 24 Debian Linux, Oncommand Insight, Netty and 21 more 2026-10-08 7.5 High
The Snappy frame decoder function doesn't restrict the chunk length which may lead to excessive memory usage. Beside this it also may buffer reserved skippable chunks until the whole chunk was received which may lead to excessive memory usage as well. This vulnerability can be triggered by supplying malicious input that decompresses to a very big size (via a network stream or a file) or by sending a huge skippable chunk.
CVE-2021-29428 3 Gradle, Quarkus, Redhat 3 Gradle, Quarkus, Quarkus 2026-10-08 8.8 High
In Gradle before version 7.0, on Unix-like systems, the system temporary directory can be created with open permissions that allow multiple users to create and delete files within it. Gradle builds could be vulnerable to a local privilege escalation from an attacker quickly deleting and recreating files in the system temporary directory. This vulnerability impacted builds using precompiled script plugins written in Kotlin DSL and tests for Gradle plugins written using ProjectBuilder or TestKit. If you are on Windows or modern versions of macOS, you are not vulnerable. If you are on a Unix-like operating system with the "sticky" bit set on your system temporary directory, you are not vulnerable. The problem has been patched and released with Gradle 7.0. As a workaround, on Unix-like operating systems, ensure that the "sticky" bit is set. This only allows the original user (or root) to delete a file. If you are unable to change the permissions of the system temporary directory, you can move the Java temporary directory by setting the System Property `java.io.tmpdir`. The new path needs to limit permissions to the build user only. For additional details refer to the referenced GitHub Security Advisory.
CVE-2021-21290 6 Debian, Netapp, Netty and 3 more 27 Debian Linux, Active Iq Unified Manager, Cloud Secure Agent and 24 more 2026-10-08 6.2 Medium
Netty is an open-source, asynchronous event-driven network application framework for rapid development of maintainable high performance protocol servers & clients. In Netty before version 4.1.59.Final there is a vulnerability on Unix-like systems involving an insecure temp file. When netty's multipart decoders are used local information disclosure can occur via the local system temporary directory if temporary storing uploads on the disk is enabled. On unix-like systems, the temporary directory is shared between all user. As such, writing to this directory using APIs that do not explicitly set the file/directory permissions can lead to information disclosure. Of note, this does not impact modern MacOS Operating Systems. The method "File.createTempFile" on unix-like systems creates a random file, but, by default will create this file with the permissions "-rw-r--r--". Thus, if sensitive information is written to this file, other local users can read this information. This is the case in netty's "AbstractDiskHttpData" is vulnerable. This has been fixed in version 4.1.59.Final. As a workaround, one may specify your own "java.io.tmpdir" when you start the JVM or use "DefaultHttpDataFactory.setBaseDir(...)" to set the directory to something that is only readable by the current user.
CVE-2021-37714 5 Jsoup, Netapp, Oracle and 2 more 25 Jsoup, Management Services For Element Software And Netapp Hci, Banking Trade Finance and 22 more 2026-10-08 7.5 High
jsoup is a Java library for working with HTML. Those using jsoup versions prior to 1.14.2 to parse untrusted HTML or XML may be vulnerable to DOS attacks. If the parser is run on user supplied input, an attacker may supply content that causes the parser to get stuck (loop indefinitely until cancelled), to complete more slowly than usual, or to throw an unexpected exception. This effect may support a denial of service attack. The issue is patched in version 1.14.2. There are a few available workarounds. Users may rate limit input parsing, limit the size of inputs based on system resources, and/or implement thread watchdogs to cap and timeout parse runtimes.
CVE-2020-25649 7 Apache, Fasterxml, Fedoraproject and 4 more 50 Iotdb, Jackson-databind, Fedora and 47 more 2026-10-08 7.5 High
A flaw was found in FasterXML Jackson Databind, where it did not have entity expansion secured properly. This flaw allows vulnerability to XML external entity (XXE) attacks. The highest threat from this vulnerability is data integrity.
CVE-2020-13956 5 Apache, Netapp, Oracle and 2 more 27 Httpclient, Active Iq Unified Manager, Snapcenter and 24 more 2026-10-08 5.3 Medium
Apache HttpClient versions prior to version 4.5.13 and 5.0.3 can misinterpret malformed authority component in request URIs passed to the library as java.net.URI object and pick the wrong target host for request execution.
CVE-2022-42003 5 Debian, Fasterxml, Netapp and 2 more 23 Debian Linux, Jackson-databind, Oncommand Workflow Automation and 20 more 2026-10-07 7.5 High
In FasterXML jackson-databind before versions 2.13.4.1 and 2.12.17.1, resource exhaustion can occur because of a lack of a check in primitive value deserializers to avoid deep wrapper array nesting, when the UNWRAP_SINGLE_VALUE_ARRAYS feature is enabled.
CVE-2023-6394 2 Quarkus, Redhat 3 Quarkus, Build Of Quarkus, Quarkus 2026-09-29 7.4 High
A flaw was found in Quarkus. This issue occurs when receiving a request over websocket with no role-based permission specified on the GraphQL operation, Quarkus processes the request without authentication despite the endpoint being secured. This can allow an attacker to access information and functionality outside of normal granted API permissions.
CVE-2026-19625 2 Ibm, Quarkus 2 Enterprise Build Of Quarkus, Oidc 2026-09-10 5.3 Medium
When a Quarkus application has multiple endpoints secured by individual OIDC provider tenants, such as "/oidc-provider1" that is secured by the OIDC Provider 1 and "/oidc-provider2" that is secured by the OIDC Provider 2, and an optional token introspection cache is also enabled, then a valid token issued by the OIDC Provider 1 that can be used to access "/oidc-provider1" can also be used to access "/oidc-provider2" that is secured by another OIDC Provider 2.
CVE-2026-19651 2 Ibm, Quarkus 2 Enterprise Build Of Quarkus, Quarkus-spring-web 2026-09-09 7.4 High
IBM Enterprise Build of Quarkus 3.27.1 through 3.27.5, and 3.33.1 through 3.33.3 could allow an attacker to bypass authorization by manipulating URL query parameters due to incorrect mapping of values to untrusted query string input.
CVE-2026-50559 2 Quarkus, Redhat 4 Quarkus, Quarkus-http, Apache Camel Quarkus and 1 more 2026-08-13 7.5 High
Quarkus is a Java framework for building cloud-native applications. Prior to versions 3.37.0, 3.36.3, 3.33.2.1, 3.33.3, 3.27.4.1, 3.27.5, and 3.20.6.2, Quarkus HTTP path-based authorization policies can be bypassed using encoded semicolons (%3B) to smuggle matrix parameters past the security layer, and using encoded slashes (%2F) or backslashes (%5C) to access protected static resources. This is a distinct issue from CVE-2026-39852, which addressed only literal semicolon stripping. Versions 3.37.0, 3.36.3, 3.33.2.1, 3.33.3, 3.27.4.1, 3.27.5, and 3.20.6.2 contain a patch.
CVE-2026-39852 2 Quarkus, Redhat 3 Quarkus, Apache Camel Quarkus, Quarkus 2026-08-13 8.2 High
Quarkus is a Java framework for building cloud-native applications. In versions prior to 3.20.6.1, 3.27.3.1, 3.33.1.1, 3.35.1.1, 3.34.7, and 3.35.2, a path normalization inconsistency between the security layer and the routing layer allows unauthenticated or lower-privileged users to bypass HTTP path-based authorization policies. Quarkus's security layer performs authorization checks on the raw URL path which preserves matrix parameters (semicolons), while RESTEasy Reactive's routing layer strips matrix parameters before matching endpoints. An attacker can append a semicolon and arbitrary text to a request URL (e.g., /api/admin;anything) to bypass policies protecting /api/admin while still routing to the protected endpoint. This issue has been fixed in versions 3.20.6.1, 3.27.3.1, 3.33.1.1, 3.35.1.1, 3.34.7, and 3.35.2.
CVE-2023-4853 2 Quarkus, Redhat 21 Quarkus, Build Of Optaplanner, Build Of Quarkus and 18 more 2026-08-04 8.1 High
A flaw was found in Quarkus where HTTP security policies are not sanitizing certain character permutations correctly when accepting requests, resulting in incorrect evaluation of permissions. This issue could allow an attacker to bypass the security policy altogether, resulting in unauthorized endpoint access and possibly a denial of service.
CVE-2025-49574 1 Quarkus 1 Quarkus 2026-04-15 6.4 Medium
Quarkus is a Cloud Native, (Linux) Container First framework for writing Java applications. In versions prior to 3.24.1, 3.20.2, and 3.15.6, there is a potential data leak when duplicating a duplicated context. Quarkus extensively uses the Vert.x duplicated context to implement context propagation. With the new semantic data from one transaction can leak to the data from another transaction. From a Vert.x point of view, this new semantic clarifies the behavior. A significant amount of data is stored in the duplicated context, including request scope, security details, and metadata. Duplicating a duplicated context is rather rare and is only done in a few places. This issue has been patched in version 3.24.1, 3.20.2, and 3.15.6.
CVE-2020-8908 5 Google, Netapp, Oracle and 2 more 20 Guava, Active Iq Unified Manager, Commerce Guided Search and 17 more 2026-02-23 3.3 Low
A temp directory creation vulnerability exists in all versions of Guava, allowing an attacker with access to the machine to potentially access data in a temporary directory created by the Guava API com.google.common.io.Files.createTempDir(). By default, on unix-like systems, the created directory is world-readable (readable by an attacker with access to the system). The method in question has been marked @Deprecated in versions 30.0 and later and should not be used. For Android developers, we recommend choosing a temporary directory API provided by Android, such as context.getCacheDir(). For other Java developers, we recommend migrating to the Java 7 API java.nio.file.Files.createTempDirectory() which explicitly configures permissions of 700, or configuring the Java runtime's java.io.tmpdir system property to point to a location whose permissions are appropriately configured.
CVE-2025-66560 1 Quarkus 1 Quarkus 2026-02-03 5.9 Medium
Quarkus is a Cloud Native, (Linux) Container First framework for writing Java applications. Prior to versions 3.31.0, 3.27.2, and 3.20.5, a vulnerability exists in the HTTP layer of Quarkus REST related to response handling. When a response is being written, the framework waits for previously written response chunks to be fully transmitted before proceeding. If the client connection is dropped during this waiting period, the associated worker thread is never released and becomes permanently blocked. Under sustained or repeated occurrences, this can exhaust the available worker threads, leading to degraded performance, or complete unavailability of the application. This issue has been patched in versions 3.31.0, 3.27.2, and 3.20.5. A workaround involves implementing a health check that monitors the status and saturation of the worker thread pool to detect abnormal thread retention early.
CVE-2024-12225 2 Quarkus, Redhat 2 Quarkus, Quarkus 2025-11-20 9.1 Critical
A vulnerability was found in Quarkus in the quarkus-security-webauthn module. The Quarkus WebAuthn module publishes default REST endpoints for registering and logging users in while allowing developers to provide custom REST endpoints. When developers provide custom REST endpoints, the default endpoints remain accessible, potentially allowing attackers to obtain a login cookie that has no corresponding user in the Quarkus application or, depending on how the application is written, could correspond to an existing user that has no relation with the current attacker, allowing anyone to log in as an existing user by just knowing that user's user name.
CVE-2023-6267 2 Quarkus, Redhat 6 Quarkus, Camel Quarkus, Integration and 3 more 2025-11-20 8.6 High
A flaw was found in the json payload. If annotation based security is used to secure a REST resource, the JSON body that the resource may consume is being processed (deserialized) prior to the security constraints being evaluated and applied. This does not happen with configuration based security.
CVE-2022-21724 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Postgresql and 2 more 8 Debian Linux, Fedora, Postgresql Jdbc Driver and 5 more 2025-05-05 7 High
pgjdbc is the offical PostgreSQL JDBC Driver. A security hole was found in the jdbc driver for postgresql database while doing security research. The system using the postgresql library will be attacked when attacker control the jdbc url or properties. pgjdbc instantiates plugin instances based on class names provided via `authenticationPluginClassName`, `sslhostnameverifier`, `socketFactory`, `sslfactory`, `sslpasswordcallback` connection properties. However, the driver did not verify if the class implements the expected interface before instantiating the class. This can lead to code execution loaded via arbitrary classes. Users using plugins are advised to upgrade. There are no known workarounds for this issue.
CVE-2022-4116 2 Quarkus, Redhat 3 Quarkus, Build Of Quarkus, Quarkus 2025-04-29 9.8 Critical
A vulnerability was found in quarkus. This security flaw happens in Dev UI Config Editor which is vulnerable to drive-by localhost attacks leading to remote code execution.
