CVSS v3.1 |
| A resource exhaustion vulnerability in Kiteworks Email Protection Gateway allowed an unauthenticated remote attacker to repeatedly trigger a comparatively expensive server-side operation, causing a partial denial of service. |
| vLLM is an inference and serving engine for large language models. Prior to 0.28.0, request bodies for Chat Completions and Responses can set media_io_kwargs.video.video_backend to pynvvideocodec, and MediaConnector.fetch_video forwards that choice to VideoMediaIO even when startup configuration selected a software decoder. The engine's _reserve_mm_ipc_gpu_memory logic budgets decoder memory only from static configuration, so the request-selected VIDEO_LOADER_REGISTRY backend can create a CUDA context, decoder surfaces, and decoded-frame allocations that were not removed from the engine's KV-cache budget. An attacker able to submit video requests to a video-capable GPU deployment with PyNvVideoCodec installed can exhaust shared GPU memory, causing request failures, worker crashes, or denial of service. The first release containing the fix is version 0.28.0. |
| Uncontrolled Resource Consumption (CWE-400) in Elasticsearch can lead to denial of service via Excessive Allocation (CAPEC-130). A low-privileged authenticated user can submit a specially crafted query that causes uncontrolled memory growth in the query processing engine, resulting in an out-of-memory condition that terminates the Elasticsearch node. The condition can be triggered repeatedly, including by queries embedded in shared resources, causing persistent cluster unavailability. |
| An issue was discovered in Django 6.1 before 6.1.2, 6.0 before 6.0.9, and 5.2 before 5.2.18.
`django.utils.http.parse_header_parameters()` was subject to a potential denial-of-service attack due to quadratic time complexity when parsing a value with many separators inside a quoted parameter. An unauthenticated request could reach this parsing through headers such as `Accept` or `Content-Type`, for instance via the content negotiation performed by `HttpRequest.accepts()`. The per-call length limit does not bound the combined size of repeated headers.
Earlier, unsupported Django series (such as 5.1.x, 5.0.x, and 4.2.x) were not evaluated and may also be affected.
Django would like to thank Jisung Chae for reporting this issue. |
| Payload is a free and open source headless content management system. In versions from 3.0.0 before 3.90.0 and canary versions before 4.0.0-canary.34, a malformed multipart request body can cause multipart Content-Type processing to take an extremely long time, resulting in uncontrolled resource consumption. This issue is fixed in versions 3.90.0 and 4.0.0-canary.34. |
| An uncontrolled resource consumption vulnerability in the Fireware OS login process (wgagent) allows a remote, unauthenticated attacker to cause a denial of service by sending a specially crafted request. |
| A missing authorization vulnerability in the wgagent management daemon's session initialization function allows an authenticated, low-privileged user (including a read-only or guest administrator account) to crash the wgagent process and read arbitrary files accessible to the daemon by submitting a specially crafted management API request. |

| vLLM is an inference and serving engine for large language models. Prior to 0.30.0, a caller can use the request-level media_io_kwargs field to select the GLMGA video backend and supply large values for the fps and max_frames options without a strict work ceiling. GLMGA constructs and deduplicates an attacker-sized pre-decode frame-index list, allowing a compact request and tiny valid video to consume disproportionate CPU time and memory in the shared media-loading executor. This issue is fixed in version 0.30.0. |
| Fleet is an open source osquery manager. In Fleet before version 3.7.0 a malicious actor with a valid node key can send a badly formatted request that causes the Fleet server to exit, resulting in denial of service. This is possible only while a live query is currently ongoing. We believe the impact of this vulnerability to be low given the requirement that the actor has a valid node key. There is no information disclosure, privilege escalation, or code execution. The issue is fixed in Fleet 3.7.0. |
| Uncontrolled Resource Consumption vulnerability in the Elixir standard library's Version module allows an attacker who controls a version string to cause a denial of service through CPU and memory exhaustion.
The version parser converts numeric version components (major, minor, patch and numeric pre-release/build identifiers) to integers without bounding their length. A single large all-digit component therefore forces a super-linear, non-yielding base-10 to arbitrary-precision integer conversion (String.to_integer/1, i.e. :erlang.binary_to_integer/1) that pins a BEAM scheduler, and a larger component raises an uncaught SystemLimitError that crashes the calling process. A single moderately sized string (around one megabyte) is enough; no authentication is required.
This is reachable from the public entry points Version.parse/1, Version.parse!/1, Version.match?/3, Version.compare/2, and Version.parse_requirement/1, which applications routinely call on untrusted input such as HTTP parameters, dependency-manifest fields, and package metadata.
This vulnerability is associated with program files lib/version.ex and program routines 'Elixir.Version.Parser':parse_digits/2.
This issue affects elixir: from 0.9.3 before 1.20.1. |
| A flaw was found in FreeType, specifically within its CID font loader. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by tricking a user into opening content that embeds or references a specially crafted CID-keyed font. This crafted font can cause repeated allocations and decryptions of subroutine data across multiple font dictionaries, leading to excessive memory and CPU consumption. This can result in a denial of service (DoS) for the application or service processing the font, potentially causing it to hang or terminate. |
| vLLM is an inference and serving engine for large language models. Prior to 0.30.0, the Rust frontend's track_http_metrics middleware records the raw HTTP method token as a Prometheus label for requests reaching registered routes. An unauthenticated attacker can send unique arbitrary method tokens to unguarded routes such as /tokenize, causing Prometheus's Family::get_or_create function to permanently create counter and histogram label sets. Those label sets increase process memory usage and enlarge the /metrics response until the service or monitoring path is exhausted. This issue is fixed in version 0.30.0. |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.15.0, a crafted PDF can cause large memory consumption when pypdf/_cmap.py function parse_bfrange parses unusually large source-code or destination-string tokens in a font /ToUnicode CMap during text extraction. This issue is fixed in 6.15.0. |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.18.0, a crafted PDF containing indirect-object identifiers or generation-number tokens that continue for a long time without whitespace can cause pypdf/_reader.py and pypdf/generic/_base.py to scan excessive input through read_until_whitespace, resulting in long runtimes and application unavailability. This issue is fixed in version 6.18.0. |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.18.1, a crafted PDF can place unusually large source-code or destination-string tokens in a font /ToUnicode mapping, causing pypdf/_cmap.py parse_bfchar to decode and retain oversized values during operations such as text extraction and consume excessive memory. This is a second follow-up to earlier /ToUnicode resource-consumption fixes and is limited to the remaining token-length path. This issue is fixed in version 6.18.1. |
| OpenClaw versions >= 2026.3.25 and < 2026.8.1 apply invalid-token rate limiting for Synology Chat webhooks before authentication and key the limit on the raw proxy socket address. In deployments where OpenClaw sits behind a trusted reverse proxy or tunnel and multiple external clients share a single socket address, an unauthenticated sender can exhaust the shared invalid-token budget, causing subsequent legitimate Synology Chat webhook callbacks to be rejected until the rate-limit window expires. The attacker cannot obtain a valid token or read message data; the impact is temporary loss of channel availability. Fixed in 2026.8.1. |
| OpenClaw before 2026.8.2 contains a denial of service vulnerability in the Browser extension relay that allows unauthenticated network sources to exhaust pending-authentication capacity. Attackers can hold every pending slot by maintaining silent WebSocket upgrades, preventing paired extensions from completing Browser Relay Authentication v2. |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.18.1, a crafted PDF can provide a TrueType or Type1 simple font with an unusually large /Widths array, causing pypdf/_font.py Font._collect_tt_t1_character_widths to process entries beyond the 256 character codes meaningful for a simple font and consume excessive memory during operations such as text extraction. This issue is fixed in version 6.18.1. |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.18.1, a crafted PDF containing a partially malformed /FlateDecode stream with padded data can force pypdf/filters.py to use inefficient byte-by-byte decompression while the earlier recovery counter fails to advance for bytes that successfully decode, causing long runtimes and application unavailability. This is a residual issue after the malformed FlateDecode recovery fix. This issue is fixed in version 6.18.1. |
