| CVE-2026-106066 | 2 Gimp, Redhat | 2 Gimp, Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-09 | 6.3 Medium |
| A heap-based buffer overflow was found in GIMP’s raw data export plug-in. When exporting very large images, g_malloc() sizing based on overflowing width * height * bytes-per-pixel can allocate far less memory than GEGL reads or writes during export, following integer overflow | ||||
| CVE-2026-106067 | 2 Gimp, Redhat | 2 Gimp, Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-09 | 6.3 Medium |
| A heap-based buffer overflow was found in GIMP’s Hot color filter plug-in. For very large images, a pixel buffer is allocated using overflowing 32-bit width * height (and related) arithmetic while the filter’s pixel access path uses the true image size, after integer overflow in the allocation size | ||||
| CVE-2026-107161 | 2 Cyrusimap, Redhat | 6 Cyrus-sasl, Enterprise Linux, Hardened Images and 3 more | 2026-10-09 | 7.5 High |
| A heap-based buffer overflow flaw was found in Cyrus SASL. The add_to_challenge() function in the DIGEST-MD5 plugin computes the size of the buffer needed for a challenge/response field before DIGEST-MD5 quoting is applied, but does not recompute that size when quoting (escaping special characters) makes the value longer. The under-sized buffer is then passed to strcat(), causing a heap-based out-of-bounds write whose size depends on attacker-controlled input. A malicious or on-path DIGEST-MD5 (or HTTP Digest) server can trigger this flaw in a connecting client by supplying a crafted challenge field, such as realm or nonce, most likely resulting in a crash of the client application. | ||||
| CVE-2026-107444 | 2 Katello, Redhat | 4 Katello, Hardened Images, Hummingbird and 1 more | 2026-10-09 | 4.3 Medium |
| A flaw was found in Katello where the Docker Tags repositories API does not properly enforce organization scoping when listing repositories for a Docker meta tag. An authenticated user with permission to view products in one organization may be able to retrieve repository metadata associated with Docker tags belonging to another organization by supplying the tag identifier. This can result in unauthorized disclosure of repository configuration information across organization boundaries. | ||||
| CVE-2026-107445 | 2 Katello, Redhat | 4 Katello, Hardened Images, Hummingbird and 1 more | 2026-10-09 | 5.4 Medium |
| A flaw was found in Katello where the Flatpak Remote Repositories API does not properly enforce authorization when accessing a flatpak remote repository by identifier. An authenticated user with permission to view flatpak remotes in one organization may be able to access flatpak remote repository information belonging to another organization. The same unscoped lookup is used by the mirror action, which may allow creating a repository in a product the user can edit that is configured with another organization's flatpak remote URL and stored remote credentials. | ||||
| CVE-2026-107565 | 2 Luksmeta, Redhat | 4 Luksmeta, Enterprise Linux, Openshift and 1 more | 2026-10-09 | 5.1 Medium |
| A flaw was found in luksmeta. A local attacker with administrative privileges can cause data corruption when saving metadata to a Linux Unified Key Setup (LUKS) device. Due to incorrect boundary calculations and flawed overlap detection, new metadata entries can be written beyond available free space or over existing records. This issue can corrupt stored encrypted payload data or existing metadata, potentially rendering the affected data inaccessible. | ||||
| CVE-2026-107623 | 1 Redhat | 4 Build Keycloak, Build Of Keycloak, Red Hat Single Sign On and 1 more | 2026-10-09 | 4.3 Medium |
| A flaw was found in the OIDC Dynamic Client Registration (DCR) component of Keycloak. A bug in the response serialization causes the backchannel logout offline token revocation setting to be omitted from responses. When a client performs a standard update, this missing information causes the setting to be silently disabled. As a result, offline tokens may remain valid even after a user session is terminated via backchannel logout. | ||||
| CVE-2026-107651 | 2 Eog, Redhat | 2 Eog, Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-09 | 5.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in Eye of GNOME (eog). A heap-based buffer overflow exists in the PNG metadata reader due to improper state handling when parsing split metadata chunks. A remote attacker could exploit this flaw by enticing a user into opening a specially crafted PNG file, potentially leading to arbitrary code execution or a Denial of Service (DoS) via application crash. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106033 | 2 Ansible, Redhat | 4 Ansible, Ansible Automation Platform, Hardened Images and 1 more | 2026-10-09 | 5.4 Medium |
| A DOM-based Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability exists in the Ansible Platform UI due to unvalidated input handling within the application's redirect route. Specifically, the application extracts a target destination from the next query parameter and directly assigns it to the browser's location.href without verifying its format or scheme. The platform includes built-in URL validation functions designed to block malicious URI schemes (such as javascript: and data:) as well as off-site or protocol-relative redirects, this specific route bypasses those controls. Consequently, an attacker can craft a malicious link that, when accessed by an authenticated user, causes arbitrary JavaScript to execute within the context of the user's session. | ||||
| CVE-2026-107121 | 1 Redhat | 4 Build Keycloak, Build Of Keycloak, Red Hat Single Sign On and 1 more | 2026-10-09 | 6.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in the SMTP email configuration handling of the keycloak-services component. When the STARTTLS option is enabled, Keycloak fails to strictly enforce an encrypted connection, allowing it to fall back to unencrypted communication if the encryption request is tampered with. An attacker who can intercept network traffic can exploit this to capture sensitive email credentials and message content in plain text. | ||||
| CVE-2026-107176 | 1 Redhat | 2 Openshift, Openshift Container Platform | 2026-10-09 | 6.8 Medium |
| A flaw was found in the cluster-samples-operator. The RBAC Role coreos-pull-secret-reader in namespace openshift-config grants get, list, and watch permissions on all Secret resources without resourceNames scoping. The operator only requires access to the pull-secret Secret. If the samples-operator pod or its service account token is compromised through a separate vulnerability, an attacker could read all secrets in openshift-config, potentially including OAuth identity provider credentials, cloud provider credentials, and other sensitive cluster configuration. | ||||
| CVE-2026-93017 | 1 Redhat | 2 Openshift, Openshift Container Platform | 2026-10-09 | 7.7 High |
| The `insights-operator-gather` ClusterRole grants the operator's service account read access to secrets in the core API group with no namespace or resourceNames restriction — therefore, access to every secret in every namespace in the cluster. Ref: https://github.com/openshift/insights-operator/blob/8f15e3157ff09f54ab22801f5b21da35a195cc6d/manifests/03-clusterrole.yaml#L368-L373 ``` - apiGroups: - "" resources: - secrets verbs: - get - list ``` By spawning a pod with the gather service account mounted, an attacker will be able to access any secret in any namespace. ``` spec: serviceAccountName:"gather" ``` | ||||
| CVE-2026-107604 | 1 Redhat | 4 Build Keycloak, Build Of Keycloak, Red Hat Single Sign On and 1 more | 2026-10-09 | 4.9 Medium |
| A flaw was found in the installation provider and client registration endpoints of the Keycloak identity management service. A realm administrator with only the read-only view-clients role can access the active primary secret of any confidential client, which should normally be restricted. This exposed secret can be used to impersonate the client and gain unauthorized access to its associated service account permissions. | ||||
| CVE-2026-107889 | 1 Redhat | 2 Build Keycloak, Red Hat Single Sign On | 2026-10-09 | 5.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in the login theme rendering component of Keycloak. The issue occurs because the security filter responsible for cleaning user input can be bypassed, allowing a realm administrator to store malicious scripts in display fields. This could result in unauthorized JavaScript execution in the browsers of users visiting the login page, potentially leading to data exposure or session interference. | ||||
| CVE-2025-6170 | 2 Redhat, Xmlsoft | 18 Ai Inference Server, Cert Manager, Discovery and 15 more | 2026-10-09 | 2.5 Low |
| A flaw was found in the interactive shell of the xmllint command-line tool, used for parsing XML files. When a user inputs an overly long command, the program does not check the input size properly, which can cause it to crash. This issue might allow attackers to run harmful code in rare configurations without modern protections. | ||||
| CVE-2026-58015 | 2 Gnome, Redhat | 17 Glib, Ai Inference Server, Cert Manager and 14 more | 2026-10-09 | 5.9 Medium |
| A flaw was found in GLib. The D-Bus client-side implementation of the DBUS_COOKIE_SHA1 SASL authentication mechanism does not validate the cookie_context parameter received from the server. A malicious D-Bus server can supply a cookie_context containing path traversal sequences, causing the client to read an arbitrary file and exfiltrate sensitive data by verifying guessed file contents against a generated hash. | ||||
| CVE-2026-58014 | 2 Gnome, Redhat | 17 Glib, Ai Inference Server, Cert Manager and 14 more | 2026-10-09 | 7.3 High |
| A flaw was found in GLib. An off-by-one error can occur in the g_key_file_get_locale_string_list function in the gkeyfile.c file when loading a key file with an empty value. This flaw can cause an out-of-bounds access of 1 byte or a denial of service when the out-of-bounds access crosses a page boundary. | ||||
| CVE-2026-72693 | 1 Redhat | 5 Enterprise Linux, Hardened Images, Hummingbird and 2 more | 2026-10-09 | 7.8 High |
| `openvt -u` is intended to identify the owner of the current VT and then execute `login` as that user from a privileged context. In the documented `kbrequest`/init usage, the ownership test in `authenticate_user()` relies on `stat("/proc/<pid>/fd/0")`. `stat()` on `/proc/<pid>/fd/0` follows the symlink to the underlying TTY device node. As a result, `buf.st_uid` reflects the owner of the TTY node rather than the owner of the process holding the file descriptor. If the TTY owner returns to `root` or the getty owner after logout while an unprivileged process still has `fd 0` attached to that TTY, the check can incorrectly treat that process as belonging to the privileged console owner. Once that check succeeds, the `-u` path executes a passwordless login as the selected user. In the documented `kbrequest`/init deployment using `openvt -us`, this can result in passwordless `login -f root` on the spawned VT. This report establishes that privilege escalation path for that documented deployment; it does not claim equivalent reachability for deployments that do not use `openvt -u` from a privileged `kbrequest`/init path. | ||||
| CVE-2026-15555 | 1 Redhat | 4 Jboss Enterprise Application Platform, Jboss Enterprise Application Platform Els, Jboss Enterprise Application Platform Expansion Pack and 1 more | 2026-10-09 | 8.8 High |
| A flaw was found in JBoss marshalling. The Infinispan session replication path deserializes replicated session data via the JBoss Marshalling River unmarshaller with no class filtering — enabling RCE via deserialization gadget chains on every cluster node. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106061 | 1 Redhat | 1 Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-09 | 5.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in GIMP’s X cursor (XMC) thumbnail loader. When GIMP generates a thumbnail for a crafted XMC file, it allocates a pixel buffer using a width * height size computed in 32-bit signed arithmetic. If that product overflows, the allocation is smaller than the true image extent. A subsequent GEGL buffer read uses the unwrapped dimensions and performs an out-of-bounds read on the heap, after integer overflow in the size calculation. This can crash GIMP or corrupt process memory. | ||||
