| CVE-2018-0734 | 7 Canonical, Debian, Netapp and 4 more | 23 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Cloud Backup and 20 more | 2026-10-08 | 5.9 Medium |
| The OpenSSL DSA signature algorithm has been shown to be vulnerable to a timing side channel attack. An attacker could use variations in the signing algorithm to recover the private key. Fixed in OpenSSL 1.1.1a (Affected 1.1.1). Fixed in OpenSSL 1.1.0j (Affected 1.1.0-1.1.0i). Fixed in OpenSSL 1.0.2q (Affected 1.0.2-1.0.2p). | ||||
| CVE-2018-0732 | 5 Canonical, Debian, Nodejs and 2 more | 7 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Node.js and 4 more | 2026-10-08 | 7.5 High |
| During key agreement in a TLS handshake using a DH(E) based ciphersuite a malicious server can send a very large prime value to the client. This will cause the client to spend an unreasonably long period of time generating a key for this prime resulting in a hang until the client has finished. This could be exploited in a Denial Of Service attack. Fixed in OpenSSL 1.1.0i-dev (Affected 1.1.0-1.1.0h). Fixed in OpenSSL 1.0.2p-dev (Affected 1.0.2-1.0.2o). | ||||
| CVE-2017-7525 | 5 Debian, Fasterxml, Netapp and 2 more | 30 Debian Linux, Jackson-databind, Oncommand Balance and 27 more | 2026-10-08 | 9.8 Critical |
| A deserialization flaw was discovered in the jackson-databind, versions before 2.6.7.1, 2.7.9.1 and 2.8.9, which could allow an unauthenticated user to perform code execution by sending the maliciously crafted input to the readValue method of the ObjectMapper. | ||||
| CVE-2017-5645 | 4 Apache, Netapp, Oracle and 1 more | 86 Log4j, Oncommand Api Services, Oncommand Insight and 83 more | 2026-10-08 | 9.8 Critical |
| In Apache Log4j 2.x before 2.8.2, when using the TCP socket server or UDP socket server to receive serialized log events from another application, a specially crafted binary payload can be sent that, when deserialized, can execute arbitrary code. | ||||
| CVE-2017-15095 | 5 Debian, Fasterxml, Netapp and 2 more | 31 Debian Linux, Jackson-databind, Oncommand Balance and 28 more | 2026-10-08 | 9.8 Critical |
| A deserialization flaw was discovered in the jackson-databind in versions before 2.8.10 and 2.9.1, which could allow an unauthenticated user to perform code execution by sending the maliciously crafted input to the readValue method of the ObjectMapper. This issue extends the previous flaw CVE-2017-7525 by blacklisting more classes that could be used maliciously. | ||||

| CVE-2016-6797 | 6 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 3 more | 15 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 12 more | 2026-10-08 | 7.5 High |
| The ResourceLinkFactory implementation in Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.0.M9, 8.5.0 to 8.5.4, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.36, 7.0.0 to 7.0.70 and 6.0.0 to 6.0.45 did not limit web application access to global JNDI resources to those resources explicitly linked to the web application. Therefore, it was possible for a web application to access any global JNDI resource whether an explicit ResourceLink had been configured or not. | ||||
| CVE-2016-6796 | 6 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 3 more | 16 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 13 more | 2026-10-08 | 7.5 High |
| A malicious web application running on Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.0.M9, 8.5.0 to 8.5.4, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.36, 7.0.0 to 7.0.70 and 6.0.0 to 6.0.45 was able to bypass a configured SecurityManager via manipulation of the configuration parameters for the JSP Servlet. | ||||
| CVE-2016-5018 | 6 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 3 more | 16 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 13 more | 2026-10-08 | 9.1 Critical |
| In Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.0.M9, 8.5.0 to 8.5.4, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.36, 7.0.0 to 7.0.70 and 6.0.0 to 6.0.45 a malicious web application was able to bypass a configured SecurityManager via a Tomcat utility method that was accessible to web applications. | ||||
| CVE-2016-2568 | 2 Freedesktop, Redhat | 2 Polkit, Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-08 | 7.8 High |
| pkexec, when used with --user nonpriv, allows local users to escape to the parent session via a crafted TIOCSTI ioctl call, which pushes characters to the terminal's input buffer. | ||||
| CVE-2016-0762 | 6 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 3 more | 16 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 13 more | 2026-10-08 | 5.9 Medium |
| The Realm implementations in Apache Tomcat versions 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.0.M9, 8.5.0 to 8.5.4, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.36, 7.0.0 to 7.0.70 and 6.0.0 to 6.0.45 did not process the supplied password if the supplied user name did not exist. This made a timing attack possible to determine valid user names. Note that the default configuration includes the LockOutRealm which makes exploitation of this vulnerability harder. | ||||
| CVE-2025-26466 | 4 Canonical, Debian, Openbsd and 1 more | 5 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Openssh and 2 more | 2026-10-08 | 5.9 Medium |
| A flaw was found in the OpenSSH package. For each ping packet the SSH server receives, a pong packet is allocated in a memory buffer and stored in a queue of packages. It is only freed when the server/client key exchange has finished. A malicious client may keep sending such packages, leading to an uncontrolled increase in memory consumption on the server side. Consequently, the server may become unavailable, resulting in a denial of service attack. | ||||
| CVE-2023-51764 | 3 Fedoraproject, Postfix, Redhat | 3 Fedora, Postfix, Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-08 | 5.3 Medium |
| Postfix through 3.8.5 allows SMTP smuggling unless configured with smtpd_data_restrictions=reject_unauth_pipelining and smtpd_discard_ehlo_keywords=chunking (or certain other options that exist in recent versions). Remote attackers can use a published exploitation technique to inject e-mail messages with a spoofed MAIL FROM address, allowing bypass of an SPF protection mechanism. This occurs because Postfix supports <LF>.<CR><LF> but some other popular e-mail servers do not. To prevent attack variants (by always disallowing <LF> without <CR>), a different solution is required, such as the smtpd_forbid_bare_newline=yes option with a Postfix minimum version of 3.5.23, 3.6.13, 3.7.9, 3.8.4, or 3.9. | ||||
| CVE-2022-36227 | 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Libarchive and 2 more | 6 Debian Linux, Fedora, Libarchive and 3 more | 2026-10-08 | 9.8 Critical |
| In libarchive before 3.6.2, the software does not check for an error after calling calloc function that can return with a NULL pointer if the function fails, which leads to a resultant NULL pointer dereference. NOTE: the discoverer cites this CWE-476 remark but third parties dispute the code-execution impact: "In rare circumstances, when NULL is equivalent to the 0x0 memory address and privileged code can access it, then writing or reading memory is possible, which may lead to code execution." | ||||
| CVE-2022-1665 | 1 Redhat | 1 Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-08 | 8.2 High |
| A set of pre-production kernel packages of Red Hat Enterprise Linux for IBM Power architecture can be booted by the grub in Secure Boot mode even though it shouldn't. These kernel builds don't have the secure boot lockdown patches applied to it and can bypass the secure boot validations, allowing the attacker to load another non-trusted code. | ||||
| CVE-2022-0530 | 5 Apple, Debian, Fedoraproject and 2 more | 6 Mac Os X, Macos, Debian Linux and 3 more | 2026-10-08 | 5.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in Unzip. The vulnerability occurs during the conversion of a wide string to a local string that leads to a heap of out-of-bound write. This flaw allows an attacker to input a specially crafted zip file, leading to a crash or code execution. | ||||
| CVE-2022-0529 | 4 Debian, Fedoraproject, Redhat and 1 more | 4 Debian Linux, Fedora, Enterprise Linux and 1 more | 2026-10-08 | 5.5 Medium |
